Qualifications: He graduated with a doctorate in 2011 and a master's degree in 2005 at the Faculty of Law - Lund University (Sweden), and a law degree at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2001.
Experience: Mr. Quan has practiced law since 2002 and focused on real estate law and commercial law. He has been a lecturer on land law and real estate law at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law since 2001.
He works on both large and small real estate investment projects, analyzes and prepares papers, works with customers and government agencies.
Mr. Quan has participated in many projects, including projects of multinational organizations and religious registration organizations.
